I was having shoulder and hip pain especially while exercising. I visited Dr. Schumacher and took several treatments. She discovered I have one leg slightly shorter than the other and prescribed a small lift for my shoe. Along with wearing the lift and the treatments she administered, I am now pain free. | Dr. Thomas Konicki earned his B.S. in Biology at the University of Cincinnati and then went on to the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He graduated in 1985, Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He pursued further studies and became a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist in 1995. Only 2% of all chiropractors achieve this degree and Dr. Konicki is the only one in Dayton, OH. He is trained in the non-surgical treatment of orthopedic and joint conditions, treating shoulders, knees, ankles and more. He is a member in good standing with Local, State and National Chiropractic Organizations and served as the editor of Front Line Facts, the local professional newsletter from 1993 - 2002. Dr. Konicki currently writes a newspaper column called, "Ask the Chiropractor". |
Dr. Bethany Schumacher earned her B.S. in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1985. She pursued further studies and became a Certified Industrial Consultant in 1991 and an Authorized OSHA Trainer in 1999. She is a member in good standing with Local, State and National Chiropractic Organizations. She served several years on the Executive Board of the Miami Valley Chiropractic Society and has provided health/industrial consultation to several local businesses. Dr. Schumacher specializes in exercise rehabilitation and core muscle strengthening. |

Doctors Konicki and Schumacher are husband and wife, married in 1985. Dr. Schumacher comes from San Diego, CA. while Dr Konicki hails from Kettering, OH. They have three children and have lived in Centerville since 1987.
