What an excellent article and I appreciate you forwarding it to me as I don't get the suburban papers.
I am constantly both proud and grateful to have you as a part of my health care team. You have made me a better patient in that I am more prepared to discuss my health with physicians and am more certain of the necessity to do so, On the other hand your unsurpassed quality of care has made me a pickier consumer of health care. I now expect a very high level of customer service from all of my providers. I expect to be seen at my appointment time. I expect to be treated as an intelligent adult and as a valued customer. I expect thorough and knowledgeable answers to my questions. I can now expect these things because for 15 years this is the level of care that your amazing team has given me without fail. Dr. Konicki and Dr. Schumacher are thorough, personable, answer all your questions, and get results. Their exceptional chiropractic techniques restored a normal range of motion to both my (rigid) shoulder and upper-back, which reduced and eliminated extreme pain after traditional physical therapy and use of strong pain killers failed. Their positive attitude and encouragement was a constant support (as their email bulletins continue to be).
I must also comment on how professional and accommodating their Office Assistants and Therapists are.
I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family with the highest praise possible.

I have been to several chiropractors over the last 20 years, but none of them has given me the relief and care that Dr. Konicki and Dr. Schumacher has. They are excellent doctors, and they listen to what I am experiencing so they can adjust the treatment if necessary. Most of all they are very concerned for the whole patient and give personal attention and care which is becoming a rarer commodity in the health profession today. I was having shoulder and hip pain especially while exercising. I visited Dr. Schumacher and took several treatments. She discovered I have one leg slightly shorter than the other and prescribed a small lift for my shoe. Along with wearing the lift and the treatments she administered, I am now pain free. Through the recommendation of our family physician and my husbands treatment, I agreed to see Drs. Konicki & Schumacher.
