I am constantly both proud and grateful to have you as a part of my health care team. You have made me a better patient in that I am more prepared to discuss my health with physicians and am more certain of the necessity to do so, On the other hand your unsurpassed quality of care has made me a pickier consumer of health care. I now expect a very high level of customer service from all of my providers. I expect to be seen at my appointment time. I expect to be treated as an intelligent adult and as a valued customer. I expect thorough and knowledgeable answers to my questions. I can now expect these things because for 15 years this is the level of care that your amazing team has given me without fail. I found them when I was in so much pain I could barely move. I was dissatisfied with the advice from my doctor who repeatedly told me that regular walking would alleviate my back issues and gave me pain medication instead of treating the cause of the pain. have been to several chiropractors over the last 20 years, but none of
them has given me the relief and care that Dr. Konicki and Dr.
Schumacher has. They are excellent doctors, and they listen to
what I am experiencing so they can adjust the treatment if
necessary. Most of all they are very concerned for the whole
patient and give personal attention and care which is becoming a rarer
commodity in the health profession today. I can’t say enough
positive comments about my experience with Dr. Konicki and Dr.
Schumacher. I
was having shoulder and hip pain especially while
exercising. I visited Dr. Schumacher and took several
treatments. She discovered I have one leg slightly shorter
than the other and prescribed a small lift for my shoe.
Along with wearing the lift and the treatments she administered, I am
now pain free. She and her staff are pleasant, helpful and
very upbeat. Through the recommendation of our family physician and my husband's treatment, I agreed to see Drs. Konicki & Schumacher. Within the first week, I could feel the difference in my neck and back. I no longer have the constant pain , nor do I experience the headaches that I use to have on a wkly basis.
