Question: I travel a lot for my job. Sometimes my hotel does not have an exercise room. What can I do to stay fit?

Answer: You certainly have a special challenge keeping fit if you travel often. The hotel equipment can be sparse, if at all. You may not be safe or comfortable if exercising in an isolated area.

Question: I always seem to injure something when I exercise. What can I do to avoid this?

Answer: Most of the time, exercise is good for you. However, excess stress on muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons can cause traumatic or overuse injuries.
